The Florida Offer ("we", "us") is a Florida property-buying company. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Last updated 16 August 2026.
Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and anything you tell us about the property or your situation. Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit.
To evaluate your property, prepare an offer, and contact you about it. We look up publicly available county property-appraiser and court records for the address you submit. We do not sell your personal information.
If you check the consent box, you agree that we may call, text and email you about your property at the number you provide, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us on any call to be removed — we honor it permanently. We contact people only between 8am and 9pm Eastern.
We share information only with parties needed to complete a transaction — title companies, closing attorneys, inspectors, and our funding sources — and with service providers who help us operate (phone, email and hosting). We may disclose information where required by law.
We keep lead and transaction records as long as needed for our business and for legal or tax requirements, then delete them.
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@thefloridaoffer.com or call (786) 938-5612.
We are direct buyers, not real estate agents or brokers. We do not list properties for sale and we do not represent sellers. Any offer we make is in our own capacity as a buyer.
